LOGO

Is there a set-up fee for my logo?

If you are a new customer we will waive your $49 logo digitization fee for all orders over $199. If your order is less than $199 there will be a logo digitization fee of $49. If you are an existing customer with a new logo the same discount will apply, we will digitize your logo for free when you order $199 or more. If we have your logo on file there is no logo fee regardless of the order size.

Does the price include embroidery?

Yes! The price listed on our site includes your embroidered logo in one location.

How do I upload my logo?

You can upload your logo when you are viewing any product on our site. You will see “Would you like to add a logo to this product?” Selecting yes will allow you to upload your logo and keep it on file for future orders. If you have already placed an order you must be logged into your account to select the logo we have on file.

How big will my logo be?

The size of your logo will be determined by the shape of your logo and the items you are ordering. Normally, logos do not exceed the standard 3.75 x 3.75 size. To embroider a logo onto caps the logo cannot exceed 2.5 inches in height. We will contact you if there are any concerns about the size of your logo.

What if I need different color logos?

Depending on your logo and the color of the garments you chose, we are able to change thread colors to make your logo stand out. Generally companies chose a “Darks” logo (a color to go on all garments considered a dark color) and a “Lights” logo (a color to go on all garments considered a light color). If you have additional thread color changes we are able to make those changes. Please email support@classicembroidery.com to get a PDF with our available thread colors.

How do I know if you already have my logo on file?

If you have already placed an order with us in the past we have your logo on file! Please log into your account and go to “My Account” to see your uploaded files. If you do not have an account created but you have placed an order in the past please contact support@classicembroidery.com or call 727-403-2979 to inquire about your logo.

Will I receive a proof?

Absolutely! We want you to be 100% satisfied with your logo before we put your order into production. We will send the proof for approval to the email you used to place the order. Once we receive your approval your order will go to production.

How much does it cost to add names to each shirt?

To personalize each shirt with a name we ask that you provide the list of names and the style/ color/size for each. We offer Block, Times and Brush Script. The cost to add personalization will vary. Please contact support@classicembroidery.com or call 727-403-2979 to inquire.

What if I need more than one logo on my items?

We offer a no set-up for your first logo. We can digitize another logo and add it to your shirts but there will be additional fees for digitization of your logo as well as the additional embroidery placement. The price will vary on the stitch count of your digitized logo. Please contact support@classicembroidery.com or call 727-403-2979 to inquire.

Can I upload copyrighted artwork for custom embroidery?

By uploading artwork to our site for custom embroidery, the customer represents that it is the lawful owner or authorized user of the content submitted and that the content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of a copyright, trademark or license holder.

ClassicEmbroidery.com assumes no responsibility for researching or authenticating the rights held by any customer to any trademark or license, as it relates to any design or logo reproduced on behalf of a customer..


PRODUCTION

Do you have a minimum order?

If you are a new customer we encourage you to take advantage of our free logo set-up when you order at least 6 pieces. If you have ordered with us in the past there is no minimum order! If you need just one item, we can do that!

What if I need to add items or make changes after the order is placed?

Depending on how far along your order is we still may be able to add items, make changes to the logo, or tend to any other requests. Please contact support@classicembroidery.com or call 727-403-2979 to request changes to your order.


SHIPPING

Will I receive a tracking number when my order ships?

Yes, you will receive the tracking number for www.UPS.com when your order is shipped.


GENERAL

Do you only offer embroidery?

This site only offers embroidered items, however, we have access to thousands of products that we can personalize with your logo. We can provide pricing for screen printing, heat transfers, patches, and other promotional products (pens, coolers, mugs, key chains and much more)!!! Call us today!

Do you have special pricing for large orders?

Prices on larger orders can vary from time to time depending on styles, colors, or sized you chose. Please contact support@classicembroidery.com or call 727-403-2979 to inquire about your order.

I cannot find the item, color or size I am looking for, do you offer any more products?

We have access to thousands of styles, colors and sizes. If you don’t find exactly what you are looking for on our site, we may have it available! Please contact support@classicembroidery.com or call 727-403-2979 to request the item you need.

What if I am not happy when I receive my order?

We guarantee that your order will be perfect and we will do everything we can to make sure your order is perfect.
